I swear I can write an essay every time I have to move with a Bo From point a to point B. The road itself is a real poetry! It is the second time I go to train and I carry this long weapon with me (only 1.80 m), called Bo. Today, the adventure started from the room when I put it in the rear. I hit the ceiling, the wall, I frightened the cat, I lacked the ceiling (I think I deserved a white ball), I pushed myself on the upper threshold (to see the bottom, of course). In the end I arrived in the room. I live in an old house, which, inside, recalls a castle, has spiral stairs, arches, narrow spaces. Is a place Beautiful. Of course, beauty is a relative thing … for example, when you have a bo behind … climb the stairs on the belly and nothing seems beautiful … and also, in the middle of the stairs, you start to question the ability of the architects who conceived the house. Or at least the alcohol that had blood at that moment. 🙂 Note for themselves: Next time, I am equipped. 🙂
On the road, I managed to cling to all the trees. Absolutely in everything. I arrived in the gym and went home reciting it Mihai Eminescu (What do you read?). I didn't even think I knew this poem. Well, I know everything. It was not a tree, large or small, who would not have tried to take me in its branches. Which contrasted me a little. Ok, ok … I understand that they are a good soul that you cannot leave after meeting him, but … forever now … try to abstain. I also have to get to various places … I am still a busy man, even if it doesn't seem … 🙂
Ah, yes! Don't forget those who park their cars on the sidewalk. Ok … I'm going beyond the helplessness of the gesture itself. But tonight All cars They were parked next to a tree, thus forcing me to pass through the tree and a fixed car under the branches! What's wrong with you people ?? Why don't you park them and you among the trees, that the Lord thanks was space?! You never know when a man passes by bicycle with a Bo in the back … little empathy does not spoil you! 🙂
Of course, there is a good part when you go out with a BO in the back. However, I cannot deny the qualities of this weapon. Imposes respect. Otherwise you look at the world on the street. Okay, what to do and people when they see a man on a bicycle with a big back and possibly, some leaves trapped in the helmet (left by the camouflage that returns only to a secret mission, not for other reasons 🙂)?! And there is room to pass, they don't seem ugly, even the cars are late when I travel by bicycle on the track on Splaiul's independence. What is his, it's his. From this point of view, down the hat in front of Bo. 🙂
If I had to choose a favorite weapon, this is definitely Jo (a 1.20 m stick). You can see it in the photo in this article. Even if I have not used it many times for training, I have heard a special connection with this weapon from the first moment I put my hand. I could not explain this connection because, as I said, I didn't have the opportunity to work too much with a Jo. But exist. Where nothing else you have to make him whistle (or, please, nobody said he should), so it's another type of communication with him. 🙂 So you can imagine what joy it was last Friday when I learned that we would work with Jo! The training was extremely interesting and I succeeded (God knows how) don't hit me with the weapon. That is fantastic!
Today (Tuesday), I worked with Bo, Jo, Bokken, Hanbo and, of course, I also worked by empty hand. I was very happy to have had the opportunity to work with Jo again. Although at some point there were many steps (many) and, as my habit, I often arrived on the opposite side. I mean, I was the opposite. I must admit that I honestly appreciate the patience of the instructors and their effort to explain the best possible movement. The problem is to the receiver (i.e. me). Today, for example, the simple fact of bringing my right foot near the left foot and raising my right hand, it seemed to me something extremely complicated, broken by a book of quantum physics. The fun part is that on the left side it was almost good. I say it's fun because to date, my exercises were improving on the right. When I was trying on the left I was dusty. Something has changed in my universe and I don't get exactly what … it would have been the fault … I have no idea.
