Victories and defeats are built in the head. And since medicine has not yet mastered brain transplantation, we must train our mind in a targeted way. A reflex that is still often overlooked.

Are you capable of giving your best on the big day, whether in sport, school or professional life? Can you manage your emotions in important moments? Do you ever collapse under pressure, tense up or experience symptoms such as reduced motivation, concentration problems, sleep problems before or during competition?
