I’ve said before that I’m against diets that can only be followed through willpower. They deprive life of many pleasures.
However, you will have to give up your favorite foods and drinks, such as chips and fizzy drinks. And I am convinced that such a life can be full of pleasures.
Don’t rush to criticize the thought, I’ll explain straight away. Plus, everything below works and has been tested on thousands of people.

How difficult is it to lose weight? And why does everyone think it’s hard?
Many people turn to weight loss specialists with extremely conservative goals. They say: «I really struggle to lose weight, I would like to lose just 5 kilos» or the classic «I would only reduce my waistline». This is due to the preconception that it is very, very difficult to achieve radical change. But who told you it’s true?
The roots of the problem lie in the model of the consumer society. Namely in the fact that in recent decades people with an athletic physique have rarely met.
In a consumer society, everything that is rare and precious is usually expensive and unattainable. Those who have a nice body are looked at as if they have a new limousine or sports car.
Such cars cannot be purchased with money saved from your salary. It is a testament to success, excellence and wealth. The main point here is: THIS THING IS RARE BECAUSE IT’S HARD TO MAKE.
Subsequently, people begin to believe that the opposite is also true. They believe that anything that is rare is difficult to obtain. But when it comes to your body, this approach is wrong. ANYONE can get their body in great shape and not just «cut back here» and «lose weight here» because I’m «really hard to lose.»
I will develop the thought following the same analogy between an expensive car and business success. Here are reasons why transforming your exterior is easier than achieving business success:
- To succeed in business, you have to outperform your competition – other people who are striving to achieve the same goal. But when it comes to your appearance, you don’t argue with anyone. Only the right decisions and actions you take will guarantee success.
- Running your own business is like writing a best-selling book. If you plan to write a copy of a popular book, it is unlikely to be successful. Therefore, you have to constantly invent something new. But then, when we are faced with the «weight loss» project, we are all the same. Of course, people differ genetically, but nevertheless they all have two arms, two legs, the same musculoskeletal structure and the same digestive system.
- Finally, the more mature the market, the more difficult it is to occupy a niche. After all, the market was divided a long time ago. To enter the market, efforts, skills and financial investments are much greater than 10-20 years ago. As far as the outside is concerned, the situation is diametrically opposite. Given that the number of obese people is constantly increasing, it is much easier to create a beautiful figure.
What do you need to achieve success?
You need some. Free yourself from the influence of myths and false information that claim it is difficult to lose weight. He thoroughly knows the practical side of the issue: what and how to do it. Get a clear idea of what to expect and when those expectations will be achieved.
Two methods to achieve a healthy weight
There are 2 ways to lose weight: a hard one and an easy one.
99% of people choose the harder path. They wonder “why is it so hard to lose weight,” and the easy way seems so incredible and terrifying that they don’t want to hear about it. People choose the hard way, even if it contributes to the enrichment of others at their expense. These individuals have a vested interest, recommend it to thousands of sites and make large profits.
The easy way is intentionally questioned because once you choose it, you will no longer need anyone’s services.

THE HARD WAY:

- The weight loss program comes with the agony of giving up your favorite food.

THE EASY WAY:
- Slowly but steadily it leads to the normalization of weight.
- It is accompanied by discomfort for a period of 2 weeks to up to a month.
- The amount of food decreases, but the pleasure of eating is much greater.
- It leads to an improvement in the quality of life.
- Free up energy and time to enjoy life.
- It works constantly, without requiring time and effort to control.
- Improves health.
Are you intrigued? I SAY AGAIN: don’t be alarmed because what I say really works. And it’s a lot easier to do than it sounds.
- The first method consists of switching from one diet to another, following a specific diet until the desired results are achieved.
- The second method is to switch to a correct diet once and for all. There is no need to stick to a strict diet.
Yes, it sounds scary and not very believable, but now you will understand everything yourself.
Stability
Your body is not a new iPhone. Once you have managed to shape a beautiful body, you will not maintain this result if you do not change your lifestyle.
If you think about it, you see that this is an obvious truth, which for some reason we easily forget. And this forgetfulness leads to the fact that we switch from one diet program to another or replace diets with food supplements.
Abandoning the diet leads to weight gain, sometimes exceeding the «previous» weight. Since some diets cause loss of muscle mass, it becomes more difficult to lose weight each time. There is a rule: the more muscle you have, the easier it will be to burn fat.
A diet focused on long-term goals is something completely different. To begin with, you will normalize your weight and then eliminate the deficiency (if any) of food macronutrients (proteins, fats and carbohydrates). Furthermore, without changing your diet, you start to train, increase muscle mass and improve your figure.
The habit of forgetting and the power of habit
Dieting is always stressful. Changes in the usual rhythm of life, portion weight, changes in nutritional balance and rejection of favorite foods. And the hardest thing is the constant feeling of waiting: I wonder when this diet will end!
The human psyche works in such a way that every denial of pleasure creates an expectation of when the restriction will be lifted.
«One more month, one more week, three more days… already tomorrow…. Finally!!! THE DIET IS OVER!!!».
It’s something completely different when you decide to forever reject products that:
- It gives fleeting pleasure
- It deprives you of the chance to become beautiful and healthy
At the moment it seems impossible that you can’t live without a chocolate bar or a hamburger. This is a myth, dear friends.
Do you get an incredible appetite when you hear about breast milk? Do you want to try it now? Not. Why?
Except that at birth, breast milk was the most important and often the only «dish» on our menu. The baby cries and takes milk. The child wants to sleep – and here you can’t do without it. He’s a little cranky and yes, he’s taking breast milk again.
For a baby, milk is everything. This addiction to food is so strong that our burgers and chocolates are worthless. So why aren’t any adults running into the baby aisle to get milk right now?
The correct answer is that we no longer have this habit!
Think about something you lost before that made you sick. You may have to make an effort to remember such an event.
We often feel discomfort when we miss something for just 2-4 weeks. This is something real. However, many will say that they still don’t want to give up the pleasure. Because then life will lose its color, become boring and sad. If you think so, then the following is for you.
«People don’t want to be rich. People want to be richer than others»
Strange as it may seem, the pleasure you get from life is not absolute or universal. The quality of life can be low even when earning 10,000,000 dollars a year or, on the contrary, it can be high, reaching only 70,000 dollars.
Feelings have nothing to do with HOW MUCH money you make, WHAT FOOD you eat and WHAT car you drive. It depends on how you estimate your income, your food and your nutrition.
You can enjoy the current state of affairs.
Once you FORGET how you feel when you eat fast food, you will automatically start looking for ways to get pleasure from the food available.
Any activity that becomes a habit is no longer stressful.
As you have heard many times, the main task is to start a new life and not to give up as soon as you face the first difficulties. For people engaged in work, study, relationships and hobbies, the main thing should be the principle of simplicity and accessibility.
A new life should not come at the cost of particularly difficult effort. When you make the decision to permanently change your lifestyle, instead of changing something once a year before the holidays, you’re creating a habit right from the start.
And in the future it will stop bothering you. Absolute.
Therefore – they form habits.
After a few months you will have formed a habit and it will no longer bother you. Your time and energy will be freed up for work, sports and personal time. This is a completely different thing, like when, several times a year, you have to go on a diet, again and again violating the usual way of life.
Analyze yourself what is better? Eat a balanced diet regularly or eat randomly in combination with a series of diets. What is healthier?
And finally, the last point. Do you know why diets are promoted everywhere? Correct! The ones who want your money! The market is comfortable with your periodic diet, but not with losing weight once and for all. It creates the false impression that you will not be able to achieve anything without the help and advice of «professional» nutritionists. And you have to pay for everything, pay and pay again. Welcome to the consumer society.
