Today I want to talk to you about the products prohibited in postpartum slimming care.
I don’t know about other fitness trainers, but I am STRONGLY against strict diets that only include bland foods. You know, the ones that just consist of steamed chicken breast, a little buckwheat, no salt. Well, I was able to achieve the desired result with a fairly comfortable diet and I never felt stressed about not liking the taste of food. In the following posts I will describe some very simple principles to follow, which will help you lose weight, but also eat tasty and healthy food.
At the same time, I want to mention that there are some products CATEGORICALLY prohibited in the process of weight loss. These products, in fact, are harmful eating habits, because our brain depends on them more psychologically than physiologically. This means that once you give them up, the addiction disappears in no time. But we must keep in mind a little trick in this whole process: if you want to eliminate a bad habit from your life, replace it with a good one. Works! 😉
Know that I can’t do without sweets either.
But here’s how we can eliminate it, below I will describe the food products associated with bad eating habits, but also how they can be replaced with healthy ones:
- Sugar in any form. We are all crazy about sweets and find it impossible to live without a little sweet in our lives. for coffee we can replace the sugar with a piece of dark chocolate, that is, we will consume the coffee without sugar, but we will eat 10-20 g of dark chocolate.
- In desserts, sugar can be replaced with Stevia (natural sweetener). You can also find these sweets here in our supermarkets, in case you cannot completely give up sweets, but also consume them in small quantities.
- We replace acidic and sugary juices with fresh fruit. We can eat an apple or an orange. If we still can’t give up acidic foods, then we will always have a bottle of mineral water at hand to quench our thirst with a few sips.
- All white cereals and flour products: All products of this white color range are contraindicated in the process of weight loss. We can instead use wholemeal bread, buckwheat or wild rice.
- Alcoholic drinks are also among the food products prohibited in the weight loss process. Here we will specify beer, spirits, champagne. We can instead enjoy some dry red, white or rosé wine. A little means not consuming more than 150 ml of wine per day. And if we breastfeed, we will completely eliminate the consumption of alcoholic beverages so as not to subject the baby’s health to disease risks.
