Yes, to encourage learning and practice at home, we have several tools at your disposal.
1. Here is the card of the required movements (curriculum) for beginners (white to orange belt) and for intermediate/advanced (white to black belt). This card is available in a laminated version for $5 at the office.

2. You can watch a series of video clips describing all the movements, from the level of the white belt, up to obtaining the 2nd white belt and the yellow belt.
3. You can use the video library, which contains hundreds of videos, demonstrating the movements from white belt to black belt.

4. Every Saturday afternoon there is a free practice open to all people with an active membership to the dojo. On site, Sensei Catherine (2nd dan black belt and co-director of the center) is there to help you and answer all your technical questions.
