With the arrival of my first child I was so busy that I didn’t even have time to look at myself in the mirror. I admired my little girl every second, I worried about everything, I listened to her breathing and the only thing I could do was sit next to her. I had no time to cook, take care of my husband, the house, let alone go to the gym. Excluding.
Until the day my husband and I went to a party and I was trying to figure out what to wear. Then I realized that the clothes I was wearing no longer fit. You can imagine what state I was in… I finally found something to wear, only that unpleasant feeling didn’t want to leave me.
Then I went out more and more often and I had to gradually change my wardrobe from size XS to size L. Every time I went to buy a dress, I chose the model I liked and I could already see that it didn’t fit me as well as before. The feelings of uneasiness grew day by day. Until one day I told my husband that, well, I want to go to the gym and balance my diet.
It is very important to have the support of your husband. The first step is the diet and it must be the same for both.
My husband and I agreed that, to start, I would go to the gym twice a week early in the morning. I went to the gym at 6.45am and came home at 8.15am when everyone woke up.
From the beginning it was difficult for me, sometimes I was lazy, but my goal was above all. Then when I started seeing results, many people told me I had lost weight and I realized the mountain had moved.
My happiness and motivation knew no bounds. And twice a week were starting to be too few. Then I got along with dad, while he walked with the child in the park, I quickly went to the gym. And so I started going there 4-5 times a week.
The result was already visible, only I was skeptical of myself and said that until I see how I like it, I won’t stop. At such an active pace, with maximum mood and positive energy, I lost 11 kg in 3 months 🙂
Each of us can achieve a beautiful result if we want, so it takes desire and discipline.
