Mothers often ask me what the formula is for losing weight quickly. Well, what can I tell you? There is no quick and magical recipe: you have to work to obtain the much desired result.
However, if you were to formulate a quick recipe, here are the steps to follow:
- Food – eliminate sugar, flour, alcohol and increase fiber and protein consumption; water – no less than 30 ml per kg of body weight.
- Exercises: Do exercises every day for 20 minutes, you can use any method, I recommend Fitness Mama workouts, but it’s okay if you opt for other sources.
- Motivation and support – if you have a burning desire to make a change and have the support of your family to help you achieve your goal – you will be able to get the results you want much faster.
These 3 steps seem so simple, but at the same time, very few mothers actually follow them. Often everything remains only at the stage of intention. Many times we say: «I have to, I have to take care of myself, but…», and this «but», in fact, is our greatest enemy. Any goal, any intention that we want to achieve and which remains without action, instead of bringing us energy and strength, on the contrary, squeezes our strength and energy. We lose motivation, then we lose self-confidence because we failed to do what we set out to do, then we lose the ability to set goals.
The important thing is to break out of this vicious circle: take the first step, then the second, then the third and so on until it becomes a successful habit.
Do you want to find a source of motivation and energy? Do you want to know how other women manage to brilliantly combine the roles of wife and mother? Want to spend a memorable day with other amazing moms? I invite you to the Fitness Mama Forum, which will take place on March 22nd at Radisson Blu Hotel, Chisinau!
