The dogma of women who become mothers


If we don’t love ourselves, how can we say we love our spouse, our friends, and our children? 🙂

Do you know what the biggest problem is for mothers who want to return to their original shapes? In my opinion, this lies in their dogma that every woman changes after giving birth and cannot return to her previous forms.

Through the lens of this dogma, every mother «allows herself» to stop taking into account her diet, stops exercising, because she has an important excuse: she has become a mother.

It’s a reality, yes, but it’s half true.

Let me explain why.

True, because during pregnancy the woman adds a few extra pounds, which is absolutely normal and natural. But we must take into account the fact that pregnancy and motherhood do not last a lifetime, but only a part of it. She’s a wife, a friend, and a mother, but she also has to exist for herself, not just those around her, understand?

From this point of view, every mother not only can look beautiful and healthy, but also has an obligation to herself, because love for others begins with love for oneself.

If you take care of yourself during pregnancy, you will return to your old shape much faster once you become a mother. Or, even if you were not careful during pregnancy, don’t worry: if you really want it, you can demonstrate very fast dynamics in just 3-6 months.

I also want to tell you that absolutely any woman can look even better than before pregnancy. The recipe is simple: desire to change, diet control, regular exercise and lots of discipline.
If you follow these rules, I promise your transformation in 3-6 months will be nothing short of amazing!
