Probably some of the most painful questions that women would like answered are: because I’m not losing weight and where am I wrong if I can’t get rid of the extra kilos?
And it would seem that the questions are simple, and the women who ask them – follow a regime, diet, exercise, go to the gym, etc. But even so, they still can’t reach the much desired weight…
By doing all these things, carrying so much spoils, these women become disillusioned… They begin to believe that they will never change their body’s signals again. Absolutely wrong! Everything is possible! Everyone has the power to change their weight and figure on their own. You just have to pay attention to some aspects of your daily life.


So why am I not losing weight?
There are several reasons that keep you tied to your current weight. These common mistakes, constantly repeated, take you further and further away from your intended goal. And that is the goal lose weight healthy and fast. See the 4 most important ones here:
- Chaotic diet. Here are some points you probably don’t consider. You will never get rid of the extra pounds if you eat in a hurry, if you skip meals, if you consume a lot of sugar or if you don’t follow a balanced diet.
- Insufficient sleep. Strange as it may seem, the way we feel and the way certain processes proceed in our body are closely linked to how rested we are and the (poor) quality of sleep we have.
- Lack of exercise or bad behavior. The sedentary lifestyle or those few exercises you resort to that don’t bear fruit: they will never bring you closer to your ideal weight.
- You are not motivated enough and you don’t have confidence in your strengths. First of all you need to visualize the goal you have, and then make your maximum effort to achieve it.


All of these things, taken separately or together, will lead you to ask yourself every time you look in the mirror: why don’t I lose weight?
The good thing about this problem is that it has a solution!
Both nutritionists and qualified trainers I come with the same tips – all you have to do is avoid the above mistakes and fix them accordingly:
- Drink as much water as possible. Provide your body with the necessary amount of fluids. At the same time, avoid carbonated drinks and sugary juices.
- Eat balanced and healthy. Don’t skip meals. Opt for fruit and vegetables, healthy snacks. Don’t eat at least 2 hours before going to sleep, don’t rush when you eat and chew your food carefully. Avoid fast food and other junk that is as artificially tasty as it is unhealthy.
- Get enough rest. Sleep well and avoid working without breaks for too long.
- Avoid stressful situationsnegative emotions and other moments that mentally charge you not with the energy needed to lose weight. Sometimes our mood and energy work wonders when we embark on the high road: change and lose weight.
- Do sports! Move, exercise. Avoid sitting in a chair for long periods and leading a sedentary lifestyle. Get one subscription or do exercises at home.
- Don’t set grandiose goals for limited periods! No one can lose 30kg in 3 weeks without surgery or compromising their physical and mental health.
Simple, right? As simple as it is, sometimes we complicate things ourselves.
