What do you do when you have absolutely no energy to train?


What do you do when you no longer have the strength to continue training? When you started with enormous motivation, but then feel that it is difficult and that you can no longer continue, in the morning you want to sleep another hour and often you already can’t give up the sweet sleep.

It is something common for every person who walks a path that requires a lot of work and commitment. Our brain always tends to do nothing. When we understand this fact, we start working on ourselves as if we were working with a robot.
What do we do when a toy robot can’t perform a function? We’re looking for where it was damaged. We too: when we feel we no longer have strength, we look for the cause of this decrease.

The most frequent cases are: lack of regime and sleep, lack of support from the husband and family, which causes a lack of confidence in one’s own strength, disorganization of time – when we want to train, but we have not properly managed our time for this… Well, these things can be removed when we understand them. We just need to be aware of them, then we can solve them.

My difficult moment is when Aunt Lenea arrives. Lenea is difficult to fight and only the enormous desire to change her life can bring her down. Do you want to stay on the same scale in a year, then laziness is your first friend. Always remember this, every time you give in to laziness: take 10 steps back and instead of progressing, stay still.

Do you know what I recommend? Formulate a Minimum – 100% – Maximum approach to your workouts.

Minimal – what do I do minimally, when Lenea is stronger than me, or maybe I don’t even have time. It is enough to make 10 settlements. Here we understand ourselves. We don’t back down, we simply slow down a little, but we continue on the chosen path.

100% – what we do in normal mode, that is, what the path to our goal looks like. They are usually workouts of 20 to 60 minutes + food control.

Maxim: What do we do when we feel inspiration and a lot of energy. These days we can double the effort, but be careful not to end up on the lazy bench tomorrow due to muscle pain.

This approach allows us to feel good when sometimes we don’t want to or can’t do everything we promised and allows us to be proud of ourselves for not stopping.
