I analyzed the situation of several girls and found some common points. Some of you have a bigger belly and some of you don’t have that big, but it stayed with it after birth or appeared with age. And it’s still annoying because nothing «makes it go away».
I will list here some mistakes that prevent you from getting a toned and beautiful abdomen.
The main errors
📍1 error.
You opt for drastic diets and then you’re surprised that the weight not only doesn’t decrease, but it even increases🤯
– In conditions of severe deficiency, the body does not release fat, but stores it.
– Metabolic processes are slowed down, energy is taken away from the body’s fundamental functions. Digestion, cell formation of skin, hair, nails (I understand it residually), hormones (lack of estrogen and thyroid hormones)
– Monotony in food leads to regular breakdowns, which create a “oscillation” in weight and its slow increase over the years


📍2 Error.
Techniques with which you try to lose weight.
– Random nutrition facts.
– Exclusion of entire food groups (dairy products, flour products, bread, potatoes)
– It is difficult to resist the abundance of delicious and sweet foods, even if all this is decided at the level of a balanced diet in terms of proteins, fats, carbohydrates. The need disappears on its own
– Unsystematic workouts on the principle «found on YouTube», where the exercises do not have a specific purpose and are not connected to a work system.
📍3 Error.
Build a weight loss strategy for your abdomen only.
– Strange, narrow-spectrum techniques are used that have proven ineffective: cutting calories by 50% or more, eating low-glycemic index foods.
– “Complicated” cooking, which requires a lot of energy, you have to cook for yourself and your family separately🤷♀️
