How to get rid of cellulite? The best methods


With the advent of Photoshop, cellulite has become women’s number 1 enemy (didn’t you know?). Now we all want perfectly smooth and firm legs, like those of Instagram stars. But about 100 years ago, cellulite was considered a characteristic of a healthy woman with high estrogen levels and a desire to have children. So far nothing has changed: cellulite continues to be the norm of a healthy body. It’s just that we women can’t accept it, especially when we look at retouched photos in a magazine 🙂

How to eliminate cellulite using natural remedies?

Coffee

Coffee doesn’t just help you wake up in the morning. This drink has long been used to combat cellulite.

Mix a few tablespoons of coffee grounds with olive oil or another oil and use this solution for a pleasant aromatic massage on problem areas. Caffeine warms the skin, making it smoother and more elastic. If you add clay, it will help remove excess liquid.

Unfortunately, this procedure is only useful for the top layer of skin and does not treat the cause of cellulite. Furthermore, its effect is temporary.

Standing

Walking helps reduce bulges and cellulite nodules on the thighs and buttocks by improving blood circulation: the skin will be smooth, the fat cells will decrease in volume, the muscles will be toned, the tissues will be saturated with oxygen.

You can practice walking to fight cellulite at any time: while taking a walk with the children, when you go shopping or go out for a walk with your pet. It is enough to actively walk for 30-40 minutes a day to achieve a visible result.

Massage

Massage is not only pleasant, but also beneficial. It improves blood circulation and metabolic processes and, after following an entire cycle, reduces cellulite. Massage should be done at least twice a week.

Cellulite can ruin not only mood, but also health, because its pronounced manifestations usually indicate health problems, such as obesity. To obtain full-bodied and smooth skin without the «orange peel», you can always resort to free ways to combat this problem – anti-cellulite exercises and a healthy diet. According to numerous studies, depending on genetics, exercise and diet can help reduce the severity of cellulite by 30%-60%.
