Rest is a wonderful thing, until the day you return home. Countless times I heard the following situation: the family went on vacation according to the «all inclusive» system, and a week later I saw at home +3 kg on the scales.
If you want rest to be something pleasant and not be afraid of the consequences of delicious meals, I advise you to do a short and effective workout on vacation!
This training will take no more than 30 minutes a day. You won’t need any additional equipment.
So, for each exercise, you will need to perform 3-4 approaches:
- Stair running: If there’s a staircase nearby, use it for cardio;
- Jumps with squats: first you sit down, then suddenly you jump and sit down again (15 times);
- The climber – from the plank position actively pulls each leg in turn (20 times);
- Abdominal exercise: lying on your back, lift your legs perpendicular to the floor and, as you exhale, extend your arms to your toes (30 seconds);
- Back Lunges: At an intense pace, perform the exercise 15 times on each leg.
