So what kind of workouts will help strengthen the cardiovascular system? I will briefly present some methods. Of course, the ideal would be for the exercises to be performed under the supervision of a competent trainer. But it is not always possible to find a good coach, and theoretical knowledge of the topic will not be superfluous.
The first and simplest method is cardiovascular training. Each gym has an area equipped with cardio machines: treadmill, elliptical stepper, exercise bike and other cardio machines.
As a rule, you can enter your data such as age, gender and weight. The device will determine the optimal heart rate for the duration of the exercise and this will help you train safely and efficiently.
The second method is a little more difficult. His strategy is to train using all muscle groups in turn for 40-60 minutes without using extreme weights.
What are the pros and cons of these methods? They are the following:
Cardio training to lose weight:
- The exercises can be performed outside the gym.
- Simple, sure, it works every time in a calorie deficit.
- Minus: it does not involve all muscle groups.
Training that involves all muscle groups:
- It’s more difficult.
- Requires a training program.
- Ask for a check on the technique of performing cardio exercises (at the beginning this point is the most important, otherwise the risk of trauma increases).
- The advantage is that you immediately begin to assimilate the correct technique for performing cardio exercises to burn fat. To build a beautiful body you will inevitably need such training. At the same time you will learn the technique of performing exercises with light weights.
In this case you will know the possibilities offered by cardio training equipment, which is an important thing. At this stage it is advisable to consult the coach, but this is not a fundamental necessity. Do not neglect the opportunity to study video materials that are available in large numbers today.
So what exercises should you use? The choice is yours: cardio exercises for fat burning or cardio training for all muscle groups. If you are just taking the first steps to lose weight, even cardio exercises will seem like a titanic task 🙂
